First day out

So i stepped on the scale today after eating a sandwich, not expecting to see any major results. After eating earlier in the day yesterday, walking 1.3 miles and light snacking, I lost 5 lbs. Now, I know not to expect these results every day, but it was nice to see that number go down! One day at a time!
