What happened?

I stepped on the scale expecting to see results and instead I saw it pointing at 218, same as last week. Naturally, my first thought was, "What happened? I walked and rode my bike!" Duh! I didn't watch my diet at ALL! It was my son's birthday so I splurged there, my mom cooked last night so I splurged there, and my dad has been bringing home McDonalds. Now I'm excited that the scale says 218. If I keep up the exercise and stop eating so much I may see 125 sooner than I think! lol

    Yeah I was a bit disappointed with the scale today too. I have been keeping up with my exercise plan, and did a bunch of cleaning yesterday and the day before, but splurged with meals both days. Just gotta keep at it and try to keep making improvements.

    Be thankful in the goals that you do keep. You did work out, although you may have had a few " cheat" moments at least the scale didn't go up. Celebrate that victory, and do better next time. Good luck.
