Here is what I ate yesterday, totally honest
1-1.5 cups cheerios
1/2 c 2% milk
1 medium banana
bottle of water
2 breadsticks with sauce
a large salad with macaroni salad and cottage cheese, French dressing
a sandwich with black forrest ham, salami, cheese, Italian dressing, lettuce and tomato and banana peppers
Pepsi (rather LARGE one)
1/2 bottle water
a ham sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and Colby cheese
about 4 more slices of Colby (sorry I love cheese)
about 4 slices of thin pepperoni
Large glass of ice water
Snacking I ate about 7 chips ahoy cookies in there somewhere throughout the day.
OK NOT my best day but NOT 4 pounds.
I exercised this morning, did 40 minutes on my bike which according to sparkpeople says about 940 calories burned.
Water gain? Yes I ate BREAD and fat. I confess. I did not work so I was not real active during the day, although I sort of meandered around on the deck and in the garage but mostly sitting reading and watching TV.
Back to work this morning, back to my bottle (of water) and curses to the cheese in the fridge!
