First Sunday and end of my first week.......

Well today I got up and just after 7 am and had some toast and a coffee for breakfast before getting ready and heading to the gym.

I went swimming for the first time in ages and did 30 mins of laps then I went to the gym and did my usual hours workout.

After that I went home grabbed Bella and went to the park for an hours walk and now I'm ready for a nice sleep emoticon

I think I'm doing pretty well if I do say so myself emoticon
