It's Sunday..June 23

emoticon Time is flying. I can't believe it's close to the end of June. I feel like June just started!

After a slight bout with insomnia I'm starting the day early. For some reason last night while not sleeping I started feeling a sense of urgency as in..I can't put off living healthy and getting rid of that weight any longer..among other things in my life that I want to get done. If all I needed was insomnia for that kick in the pants then I'm glad that I had it last night! emoticon

So..I've already started the day with the 2 cups of water - not so bad actually. Water's getting easier. My goals for today:

1. 30-40 minutes walking or low impact exercise. I've been avoiding ST due to the back issues..not sure if I should really do too much of that at the moment so I'm focusing on cardio instead. emoticon

2. Keep up with the water intake emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

3. Catch up on all the weekend chores emoticon

4. Enjoy the sunny day emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I know what you mean. I got that panicky feeling today myself. I need to get busy and lose instead of this back and forth. I don't want my health to suffer because I wasn't focusing!

    Great plan. Why don't you try strength training sitting down. There are a lot of videos of ST sitting. Maybe that won't bother your back. emoticon
