Getting Ready to start the 14 day challenge!

Pre-challenge warm up. Tomorrow is the prep day before I begin on this new journey! The challenge is for 14 days but really lasts much longer. Right now it all seems a little bit overwhelming. So much planning and shopping and cooking (which is not my strong point). Never the less I am going to give it my best with a positive outlook. I know if I do the planning right I will be able to accomplish my goals and become a much healthier person. I have 40 pounds to lose but even more than that I want to have a more active life style. Some of the things I will need to focus on are time scheduling, meal planning, meal prepping, and exercising on a regular basis with out coping out with excuses. So the challenge warm up starts.....look out new I come!
