Day Four: XTF Legs

Day 4: XTF Legs (53 minutes) - Good leg strength training routine. It went fast (didn't even seem like it much time had gone by and then it was over). I enjoyed this very much. After that, I went to spin class. My legs are a bit sore, but not too bad. I hope they feel OK tomorrow!!

    Cool! I did leg ST on Friday and incline treadmill yesterday. My legs hurt way too much:)
