Walking that extra mile

Today I walked with Mike's aunts for a mile. It was a very nice day and we walked an interesting trail. I was very happy because I was going outside. I have the feeling like I want to run to see if I can do it right. I also resisted eating cookies today which is great. I didn't eat much dinner because the family ordered from Kentucky fried chicken. I ate lots of mashed potatoes(plain), green beans, cole slaw, and corn. I did have a glass of red wine but it was only one glass.

GOOD THINGS
1. walked a mile
2. did 135 crunches
3. resisted cookies
4. had fun with family
5. had 8 hours of sleep

GOALS
1.lose a few inches off my core
2.do a successful squat
3.finish my homework for the semester
4.clean my room
5.refusing sweets and treats

I did look at the scale today and it said that I weighed 166. I was happy because it said I was 175 a couple weeks ago.
