Slow but sure start...day 1-3

First two days were great for ex...15 mins on elliptical at office gym on day 1, 3 miles on treadmill at office gym on day 2. However dinners were not great...more accurately, post dinner snacking. Day 2 night felt terrible, very guilty about the extra snacking. Decided to change things starting day 3.
Day 3 June 22 is Family fun day at work and I delayed all of us by at least 20 minutes as I could not find a single top to wear that did not show my tummy all spilling out....ugh!!!! I strengthened my resolve to lose the extra weight and not eating mindlessly...especially in the nights.
Could not work out today, day 3, but ate well and refrained from snacking. Tomorrow I plan to run with the twins, no snacking after dinner.
