Well first off day one went really good! But Day 2.... not so much :( I haven't went over my calorie limit. But I can't stop wanting to eat. I constantly want to eat something. And I will have a piece of fruit or a veg. But I'm still hungry! All I want to do is eat something I know I shouldn't. I just hope it gets easier. I hope I can learn to be full by just snacking on fruit. And not a piece of pizza or something.
