Things are definitely better now!
We went to a berry patch and picked blueberries, then took our son to his first movie this afternoon. It was so much fun!
My energy seems to have evened out, and I'm still getting things done. I'm sleeping better most nights, and the terrible burning in my legs and arms has gone away. Yeah!
I'm going to continue "no sugar" as an ongoing goal - with special occasions allowing a special treat. Special occasions being things like holidays and the treat better be really special! Not even going to try this until much more time has passed.
I still haven't decided what my next goal is, but my husband thinks I should give it another week before adding more changes. To let this new habit get more settled in. Don't want to get overwhelmed and crash. I understand his point, this is a lifestyle change so I want to keep going!
