I hit the 35lb weight loss today! Woo hoo!
My favorite strength training is the stability ball. It really helps with my lower back pain.
My personal strength trait is persistence. I realize this isn't a diet but a new lifestyle. I'm grateful to the tools I utilize daily such as SP, Fitbit, It Works, my workout buddies and my supportive family.
I'm now able to go up several flights of stairs without getting winded, play with my grandchildren, not have to take insulin, fit into my skinny clothes and get a clean bill of health from my physician.
I learned a lot about myself along the way and will continue to do so as I continue this journey & apply my determination to other goals! The possibilities are endless!
