So I haven't been on here much lately but that doesn't mean I have been slacking! I finished 4.5 weeks of the Turbo Fire schedule recently until I wrenched my knee two weeks ago, so I decided to start over with a combo of Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme because I am looking for a nice balance of cardio and strength training. I found a couple different schedules I could follow and decided on one that has only one class a day (mostly) and is a nice mix of both. It's hard for me to workout longer than 45 minutes on days I work so hopefully this schedule will work well for me.
I am also working on my diet, trying to eat cleaner and cut out the junk. I think I want to be around 1500 calories, I am still breastfeeding but he also drinks whole milk during the day so I don't need many extra calories.
My weight has been bouncing between 142-145 for awhile now and I really want to start losing again!
My starting stats:
Weight: 145 today
Chest: 35.5 in
Waist: 29.5 in
Hips: 36.25 in
Thigh: 22.5 in
Arm: 12.5 in
I plan on writing weekly updates on my workout schedule/eating progress and results.
