I have been on my current weight (91kg) for the past 6 weeks and i know why . . . my NUTRITION.
I am having a hard time staying within my calorie range sometimes i even binge.

I am creating a streak for myself from now to help me stay accountable and for you my spark friends to wake me up when i slumber.

This is my new streak:
- staying within my calorie range(1200-1500 calories)
- no binge eating
- comply with living the good life points with my spark team
- Drink 10 glasses of water daily
- Aim for 10 pm bedtime

I am hoping this will help me to reach my goal weight faster . . .
I believe i can.

    Chinelo, you are really awesome. Actually staying within calorie with these our naija meals will mean you may need to miss at least a meal a day (if you can get a protein shake or just fruits/veggies, it will help as a meal replacement). Another good option is to work yourself out on a daily basis, I mean increase your fitness minutes and try to push your body to limits, you will surely record a plateau break. Wishing you luck
