Well.. Im back on Sparkpeople..
I figured I should reset my password and check in with you folks and say HI! HI!!
How is everyone?! I haven't bee non here in six months or so.
Some things have changed..
I've constantly stayed on track since February 2013.
I've lost 11 pounds since February 27.
I've started exercising 5 days a week. In March I finished my first workout dvd. I did an entire month of Hip Hop Abs. I lost 7 pounds and 7 inches. It was great to wean me into exercise again and gave me excellent results!
My current programs: Power 90 & I'm learning to run for reasons other than a sale or a spider/snake is chasing me. I run because I LOVE the feeling. I am still trying to learn but I KNOW I've found the exercise I'm meant to do. I'm participating in my first 5K race August 3rd. It's a color run and I am really excited! It is the first of many goals that I am on path to accomplish.
I've learned that to get to my goals it is not going to be easy but if I put my mind to it and push through the hard and keep going I WILL get there!
I'd really like to be a little more active in SP this summer.
