I have been forgetting a few things lately. I took a look around my house and to my surprise I have come very unorganized. It was like the blinders were taken off. I don't know if the blinders came of because I don't feel so abandoned, or because I gave up sodas or that I started exercising. I quess it doesn't really matter. I am just glad they did come off. I am feeling better which helps too.

I have start work on a few schedules. The exercise one is the easiest. it starts 10 mins every day for 2 weeks then it will go to 20 mins. All the way like that till I am up to 60 3-5 a week. I restarted my food log. And if the rain ever decides to stop and go away I plan to go walking outside. emoticon

    Talk about disorganized. That's me! I just don't have the energy to keep up with caregiving and the house, too. I do the essentials but lots of other stuff slips. With DH in rehab almost 2 months I was able to get lots done. I am so grateful. But my naps slow down my decluttering progress. I am still grateful for this time alone. chris
