Dear SP Friends,
I'm taking next week as a "rest week" which involves NO strength training but only lite cardio and flexibility training. On July 1st, I will start a 12-week program called The Ultimate Female Training which involves 4 days of lifting heavy and 1-2 days of cardio. Info on this training program can be found here:
I am part of a private group on another site that will all start together.I should complete this program around September 20th and hopefully, have great results.
I plan on checking in here at least once per week to update with some of my teams.
