I would call myself an active person, overall. Last year however I fell off the exercise wagon at the end of December and could not get back on!! Finally, a few weeks ago, I had had enough! I decided the only way to make the changes I want and need in my life is to just stick with a plan. I logged back on to SparkPeople and the rest is history, well for the last few weeks anyway! I am very proud of my willingness to stick to tracking my food and exercise. I wasn't great at it the first time I started with SparkPeople, but with the app on my mobile phone it makes it so much easier to log everything on the go. No more excuses!! So here I am two weeks in, 1 pound lost and happy as can be with my exercise and food intake so far!! Send me good thoughts so I can keep up the good work!!
