I was thinking about the fact that my new black dress is too tight only in the mid section. I know that one cannot spot target any area, so thousands of sit ups aren't going to help. However, I was remembering a diet that I used to do called MUFA. They claimed that this diet would help shed belly fat first. I could just simply start adding healthy fats into my diet. That would be easy enough. However, I decided to google search scientific ways to shed belly fat. This is what I came up with:
I think that the article has a lot of promise. At any rate, I am going to start trying these things and see if they work. Can't hurt to try, right? They are all good things anyhow, so definitely not a waste of my time if they do not specifically cause me to lose belly fat.
