So today I played frisbee, did some lunges, did a short jog to cool down, and then went to the pool which ended up in swimming in some laps to totally cool off. I feel amazing. I've realized that when I just sit around doing nothing, I just eat because I'm bored. Making excuses for going out and getting some vitamin D and sweat some is silly. Why do we do that? What I did today wasn't that hard. I don't know why I bog myself down with excuses because I think I can't do something. Need to forget that.
Today I feel amazing...and I want to stay this way!
