Healing

This quote struck a chord with me today. I am responsible for my my weight loss, but also for my weight GAIN. In the past, when I felt "out of control" and started eating a lot of unhealthy foods, I really was in control, I was just making poor decisions. No one or nothing else did that. It was...me.

If I truly take responsibility for all of my actions, I can change them. And i will!

Wow, this is really food for thought!

:: smiling as I ponder this:: Of all the things we seemingly want control of, why is it when we find out exactly what we are in control of, suddenly we can come up with reasons (or excuses) of why we weren't in control?
