Will Work Harder!

This week I did not have a weight loss! I am so disappointed! Each week of the 5% Challenge I was losing. Before I left Las Vegas, I made a list of what was working for me, so I could quickly get back into my routine, and continue my weight loss. I knew I was not on track, but hoped for at least 1/10 of pound loss. I should know better! It's not doing one or 2 of the right things that make it happen, it's doing it all.

DH hit his 5% last week, and DD hit 5% on Tuesday. They kicked up their exercise and continued to eat well. I am so happy for them!

My Checklist

emoticon Daily walk - more consistently active.
emoticon Tracking exercise and food.
emoticon Eat off smaller plates
emoticon Drink V8 juice to keep appetite under control

Focus on -

Go to gym
Stay in my calorie range most days.
Really work the weekly Living the Good Life Challenges and continue them.
Fitbit 7,000 steps minimum but sometimes hit 12,000
Aim for 10 PM bedtime
Drink at least 8 glasses of water so I don't confuse thirst and hunger

Drinking the water is probably the most important thing to focus on, so I do not feel hungry.

On Monday we are going to Washington for a week and I will make a point of eating better and exercising.
