Didn't do my walking DVD today...

I decided not to do the walking DVD workout today, BUT I did walk roughly a mile outside and walked it very vigorously.

It felt good to be outdoors - except for the occasional gnat who wanted me to eat him! LOL

And I did sweat just as much as I normally do - doing the DVD.

I feel my body changing, so even if the scale doesn't agree - I KNOW I am still making progress!

    The wonderful thing about walking outdoors is that it's not even terrain. You have to work a bit harder keeping your balance over the rocks and cracks in the path. It can go up and downhill and have twists and turns.

While keeping your balance and those twists in the path may not seem like much, your body does know there is a extra work going on.

    Happy Saturday! Great job on the walking. Personally, I always get a better workout being outside.

    Walking is good! No matter where it's at. Gnats are protein!

Anyway "TOSS THAT SCALE!!!! Take your measurements, there is
where your truth lies, and it doesn't flux like the scale does. emoticon
