Kicking up the intensity

I stopped doing long low intensity workouts the other day. I now do shorter spans of extremely high intensity where I can get my heart rate back up. My body was getting too used to what I was doing & my heart rate wasn't getting up high enough. I had to get myself out of the comfort zone. Let's see how my metabolism responds.

    Follow-up 06/25/13.
It seems to be working. I am noticing a bigger difference with the high intensity short workouts. 3 pounds down in the past week.
