Day 52/ down 14 pounds

I am doing a happy dance this morning! I am meeting my weight loss goals! One day at a time, one exercise, one meal and one goal at a time!
I have 3.85 pounds to lose to meet my 5% challenge goals, we have two weeks left in the challenge. This week I got in a total of 235 minutes of fitness. Today I plan to add another 30-50 minutes.
I am staying on track by logging into my team every day and writing my blogs.
I am off to pick up mom and go see dad to do a few things for my parents this morning.
