Me and the Scale

My daughter recommended that I weigh myself only once a week. I did give it an honest try, although difficult. I have decided to go back to weighing daily. Maybe, I'm too reliant on the scale. When I weigh daily and see my weight go up I know I need to work a little harder. I don't get disappointed when I gain. It just gives me incentive to try harder. When I didn't weigh daily that incentive was gone. So I'm back to weighing everyday and happy!

    You have the right thought process.
I just finished my first week.
I am still very limited in what I can do.
But I am doing it. Tracking my food intake
has helped the most. Nothing goes in my
mouth without being added to that food tracker.
My most surprising thing was to see how
little 1 cup of rice was. I force myself to
only use 3/4 cup due to the carbs.
I do a lot of stir fries using brown rice.
I will be following your blog.

    Ultimately, doing what works for one is the best choice. I don't like weighing daily and it works for me. Keep up the old work.
