My daughter recommended that I weigh myself only once a week. I did give it an honest try, although difficult. I have decided to go back to weighing daily. Maybe, I'm too reliant on the scale. When I weigh daily and see my weight go up I know I need to work a little harder. I don't get disappointed when I gain. It just gives me incentive to try harder. When I didn't weigh daily that incentive was gone. So I'm back to weighing everyday and happy!
