I realize I have not been well in over a week and it has really taken a toll! I left work 2 Wednesday's ago because I was nauseas, spent the rest of the week/weekend with sick children, had an awful traumatic day Monday (with foster children) and ended up sick again...
But now I am back to feeling well. I slept a solid full night, was able to pick up my Azure order this week so lots of healthy good foods in the house, and have been able to get some light exercise in.
I have struggled with keeping calories to at least 1200. If I was hungry it would be easier but I'm not hungry due to high fat/high protein combos. I did begin the coconut shakes again as the coconut oil and milk adds good calories and satiates me for hours. A shake in the morning, salad and chicken at lunch and by dinnertime, I'm not too hungry at all. I have been hitting 1200 though! WooHoo!
Lost 2 pounds last week and almost 2 the week before. I stepped on my scale this morning even though official weigh in isn't til Wednesday and I am down another 2 pounds 3 ounces! I completely lean on the coconut for that beautiful loss!
Looking forward to a day at the river with all the kids, will exercise before we go as I am sure I will be far too worn out later to exercise! Feels good to be in the land of the living again!
