ever look back lets say.... less then 2 years ago and see that you looked like this???
Now I was just happy to see muscles poking through spandex the other day!!!
A smidge of weight loss and extra cardio is slimming my gut a tad
I understand I was running wayyyy more at the end of 2011 and that I gained 15pds and now I am power lifting. But its still hard to look at pictures from really not to long ago where I was slim and confident!!!
I am going to use this picture as a reminder that I am capable of not eating an extra serving of rice and 3 glasses of merlot!!!
I am going to lose gals!!
