They say it takes 3 weeks to develop a new habit....I am loving my new habits! Well, ok, I'll be honest...I love that I have new habits! When it comes time to do them, I am still tired and whiny and lazy, but I still do them! I haven't seen much change physically, but that wasn't my goal from the beginning. My goal was to see changes mentally. I still whine and complain about doing the exercises, but I am happy that I still do them! I know that at some point that will change and I will really look forward to the exercise, but I'm not there yet.

One more week and I will be on American soil again! I am excited and a little nervous about so much good, american food that I've been missing!! I want to enjoy myself fully and enjoy the food I love, but I do not want to turn it into a month long binge! This week leading up to my flight, I'm spending special time in prayer to focus on this worry so that when the time comes, I can enjoy myself and not over indulge!

Coming to SP every day has helped so much and I will continue to come nearly every helps me remember why I'm doing this!
