The Fast Diet: Week 5 Weigh in Results

My best weigh in yet - was swiftly followed by a gain !!
Exercise levels have been down week, boot camp class was cancelled on Wednesday and on Friday I somehow managed to sleep right through my alarm, possibly a side effect of the 4 beers and the Pizza (ok half pizza shared with my bf) I had the night before.
Replacing two boot camp classes with a 25 minutes clearly isn't the way forwards
Snacking at work has been much better this week and I think this is a side effect of the 100 degree weather we had, I have no inclination to eat sweets and chocolate whilst the weather is so hot. But we are back into the 80s now so I can't use that to get me through the summer.
Today I am going to attempt my first ever zumba class, I have been thinking about it for a while but slightly put off by the fact that it will be in german and I've never been anything close to co-ordinated on the dance floor.
