Day 3: Circuit Burnout (80 minutes) - This was a great workout. I really like that there are so many options/levels to choose from during this workout. Also, going from higher heart rate to lower heart rate really makes you sweat. There are several supersets so even though you repeat them several times, you never get too tired of the exercises. I also like that the first time through you do the most sets and as you repeat them, you do less of them.
The only other thing I can say is I hurt my hand on Wednesday during boxing and can't use my right hand very well. I had to modify some of the exercises, but kept at it anyway, doing what I could do. I'm happy that I completed it and didn't use my hand as an excuse. Yay!!
