hi everyone! xo

emoticon
-- today, i have come to terms with something that comes along with losing a large amount of weight.. it seems i am now sporting a "turkey neck"..

emoticon
but i have decided i will wear it as a weight loss badge of honor.. it will continue to get smaller, but most likely it will always be there to some extent.. so what the heck.. nothing i can do about it.. and im just not going to worry about it! i rather be happy and healthy than worry about what my used to be double chin now looks like.. so the heck with you, turkey neck, i just am not gonna care!

emoticon
and speaking of necks.. IM GETTING MINE BACK - my head used to sit down into my shoulders.. i had zero neck - it was hidden in flesh.. so that's a big thing for me right now.. rediscovering my neck.. i may just start wearing my necklaces again!

emoticon
thank you SP and SP friends, for always being here for me.. i so appreciate you all and couldnt do this without SP and each one of you here.. THANK YOU! xoxo

I think you look great...you will notice many changes. I have arm flaps even after lifting weights for 2 years. I agree...I'd rather weigh 120 lbs lighter and feel healthy!

Good job...thanks for sharing
