I Did some changes that really helped
1) changes my exercise routine. instead of doing the same thing I start the leslie dvd, doing different inclines on the tread mill. different sparkpeople video's. at night even when watching tv I would do a walk routine. I notice that I sweat more maybe because my body is not use to the new routine.
2) cut my bad eating habits out. sometimes you think that if you stay within the calories, you are ok. but I eat that chol chip mcdonlds cookies and took something healthy out. I keep on eating the same thing over and over mainly breakfast, so change it . something easy like instead of applesauce I eat a banana with breakfast. and take different fruit for a snack at work everyday, instead of the same thing, salads. If I crave chol. I have a fiber one bar so far working.
lost 7.5lbs this week, which is big for me. I had to double check on a different scale. I know the 10k volfslauf helped Saturday. total lost 67.5lb since sept 2011. i'm happy to be under 200 which I have not seen since 1990
