Got My Butt Kicked - Round 9

Holy Toledo! Ross (my personal trainer), you have helped me do a major number on my body today. Between the rowing machine (round 1), the cleans with the weight bar, the sit-ups, and then the rowing machine pyramid (1 minute of light rowing, 2 minutes of insane steady rowing at about twice the speed repeated for a total of 9 minutes), this chick is TOAST. Of course, I added to the melee because I worked out for about an hour before we met and then ran laps in the shallow pool after our session (followed by a much-needed hour in the hot tub). Jeepers, mate, stick a fork in me...I am totally done!

  keep it up and increase the time. do not forget the treadmill.
