I didn't make the grade to day. I failed to exercise. But that's okay. I will do it one day.
Today I was thinking about consistency. Well, really I was thinking "What do I want to write today?" That's how I settled on the idea of consistency. I'm not good with this concept. Which sucks in the long run. So many things run on the idea of consistency.
In fact, this change of lifestyle that I'm undertaking is completely based in the use of consistency. That being said, I'm already on the road to being more consistent. I've been drinking at least 32 ounces of water on most days this week. This shall be my starting point. Tomorrow I will drink another 32 ounces of water. Then I will do it the next day and the next and the next. Eventually, I will be drinking 64 oz of water but I will still have done at least 32.
I will be consistent.
