Well, day 4 has to be pushed until tomorrow, had to run little one to an appointment and the day rolled into a downhill one from that, but the good thing is the leg day was yesterday- and boy can I FEEL it..muscles that have gone neglected for far too long! Tomorrow will be shoulders and abs, followed by 2 days of yoga and pilates. So far I'm liking the program, and am noticing some change in my appetite/hunger..I'm actually getting hungry now vs. never feeling hungry in the day..good changes so far! Hope everyone else had a good day and will have a great weekend!
