Paleo day 1

Started the Paleo Lifestyle today:
Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mixed fruit (berries, grapes, banana)
Lunch lettuce wrap with applegate farms ham and avocado
Peach mini sweet peppers 4 oz diet soda (I know not paleo)
Snack mini sweet peppers, 1 tsp almond butter, 8 black berries
Dinner portabello mushrooms layered with fresh tomato, basil, fresh mozzarella ( I know mozzarella is not paleo) cooked in olive oil
Dessert 73% dark chocolate
20 oz water
For some reason my stomach is not happy today....I think I am having a problem with nuts. Will not eat them tomorrow and see how I feel.
Exercise 35 mins run...not my fastest but I got myself out there!!
