Today was another day in super-exercise. I woke up at 4:30 and went on a 5.5 mile jog. This morning was more difficult than my last run, mostly because I downed a bottle of wine on Thursday night. But I pushed through the pain. I also did some weights & went swimming.
I now understand why people say you need to quit drinking if you want to train for a race. The other bothersome thing about alcohol is that it's a diuretic, so the next morning, your weight is super low. This morning I weighed two pounds less than yesterday! Sadly, it'll probably go back up tomorrow. :(
