Today was another day in super-exercise. I woke up at 4:30 and went on a 5.5 mile jog. This morning was more difficult than my last run, mostly because I downed a bottle of wine on Thursday night. But I pushed through the pain. I also did some weights & went swimming.

I now understand why people say you need to quit drinking if you want to train for a race. The other bothersome thing about alcohol is that it's a diuretic, so the next morning, your weight is super low. This morning I weighed two pounds less than yesterday! Sadly, it'll probably go back up tomorrow. :(

    One trick I've found that works is for every glass of wine or alcohol, have an equal sized glass of water before you have the next one. Good luck!

    Ugh isn't that the worst??

    Not sure what's worse; loving wine, or giving up wine :)
