and I'm starting to get a little nervous. I mean I don't expect to see a big drop in the numbers, that would just be unrealistic. However, I would like to see that I've lost a pound or two. I've tried really hard to be good about what I ate all week and I'm hoping that my weight reflects that. Now I know that my chances of weight loss would be higher if I had worked out this week, but because of my current living situation excising at home isn't an option and I haven't gotten paid yet so I don't have a gym membership (yet). That's why today, while I was a family friend's pool, I made sure to make good use of my time and swim as much as I could. Of course it was a small pool so all I could really do was tread water, but according to SparkPeople that's 118 calories for 5 minuets and I did at least an hour. Now I don't think that makes up for a whole week of no workouts, but I do think that's better than nothing. We'll see what the scale has to say on monday.
