Imagine as if...
“Without leaps of imagination or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all is a form of planning.”
― Gloria Steinem
I have reached and am maintaining my chosen goal weight. I feel “youth full” and “wonder full” about my body, my health, and my food! I have discovered and implemented healthy alternatives to my previous hindering lifestyle patterns.
“Live out of your imagination, not your history.”
― Stephen R. Covey
My body is at a healthy weight and is strong with daily movement and exercise. My life is balanced and my doctors have given me a clean bill of health. I enjoy discovering and participating in new activities that help my body, mind, and spirit grow more resilient. I am slender and fit and pursue each day with energy, enthusiasm, and joy.
“We do not need magic to change the world, we carry all the power we need inside ourselves already: we have the power to imagine better.”
― J.K. Rowling
I am “food sober.” In fact, I feel at ease with food. My body is fed with real, clean, and nutritious food. I have a rotating and seasonal menu complete with shopping list and recipes. I eagerly seek, find, and try new recipes, foods, and dishes. I eat when I am hungry and I stop when I am comfortably satisfied. My kitchen is organized and stocked with fresh, delicious, and healthy food. My table is set beautifully and I easily and confidently entertain others.
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions.”
― Albert Einstein
How do I feel? Relaxed, confident, healthy!
“You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us…”
― John Lennon
