So tired...

Friday, June 21, 2013

I am so tired. Even though I don't regret working out yesterday, I definitely felt drained today.

But hey, I lost 2 pounds this week...which is freaking amazing.

I would love to continue to lose 2 pounds a week, but if I have to go this hard, for this long, I won't be able to keep it up. I really really really want to be under 140 by July 20, which is doable, but not. Oh well.

I slept pretty decent last night, which is great in itself. But it also means I opted for a couple extra minutes of sleep this morning. I didn't get to running until 9:15 am, which was already way to hot. Since I have been having issues with my 3 minute runs, I backed it down to do that C25K plan I have on my iPod. It's similar to the one on and similar sites, except it's all times and no distance. Which is good, because heck if I know how long 400 meters is. I just know the total of the routes I take. So since it was hot already, I was tired from working out yesterday, and I haven't been doing well on my runs, I did a 1:30 run, 1:30 walk, 3 minute run, 3 minute walk, repeated once more. Well, I didn't finish the second 3 minute run. Which was disappointing but not surprising. I have no idea what I am going to do next week, but I am tired of trying to do 3 minutes of running, 3 minutes of walking. But I am not giving up! Which is the important thing, right?

I then came home, cooled down for a few minutes (all while walking around the house), then did some Zumba. Did my hour of Zumba, then my butt workout, then some more yoga. Completion of exercise!

I have been wanting some mac and cheese for a while now. And though I try to stay away from pasta, I haven't had any since I was vegan (yes, vegan mac and cheese was good). So I picked some up at the store on Sunday, just the little single serving easy mac type of things. I had the Velvetta one last night and the triple cheese Kraft today. I really liked the velevetta one, and I might just have to get more of it. The kraft one was okay, but I couldn't find the nutritional value anywhere on it, which really hacks me off. I mean, water, bottled water has nutritional values, but this didn't? So weird! So I just hope that the one entered on here was correct.

So, concerning how tired I am, I am off to shower and then take a nap. I know I need and deserve one. I just wish I could reward myself with my weight loss with some donuts though. Oh well. Maybe some new music for the weekend, or something else from Amazon? Who knows.

Have a good one guys, and I hope you are working hard and being healthy!

PS. I know I don't say this enough (or at all, come to think about it), but I really really REALLY appreciate all of my SparkFriends and those who comment on my blog. I really do hope for the best for each and every Spark member! Stay awesome and amazing guys!

I know that when you get the easy mac in the 4 packs, the cardboard that holds them all together has the nutritional info. I've noticed the single servings don't, though, and that really bugged me too!
