Good news!

I had a great workout yesterday, I was on the treadmill for 30 min but I ran for 25 minutes!!! I haven't done that long of a run in forever (we are talking years!!) so that made me smile for the rest of the day!


I drove to Reykjavik yesterday and I did perfectly on the way, only ate healthy stuff (its about 4 and a half hour drive)


My gym in Akureyri (my hometown in Iceland) has an agreement with gyms in Reykjavik, so me and my sister went this morning. We did upper body weight lifting and burned on the treadmill for 20 min (I ran for 15)


Last but not least, I weighted in this morning and the scale said: 158.8 lbs, a total weight loss of 4.2 lbs since May 22nd!
