Just thought I'd share my grocery list on here - also a good reminder for me:


Usual Suspects:

Wholemeal Bread
White Bread
Full Fat Milk
Semi-skimmed milk
Eggs
Vegetable steam bags - broccoli, carrots, peas etc
Stir fry mixed vegetables - frozen & fresh
Meditteranian veg mix - frozen
Peas - frozen
Spinach - fresh and frozen
Mushrooms - chopped & Portabello
Noodles - egg and soba
Pasta - wholemeal and normal
Flour: Cornflour and Wheat Flour
Wholegrain rolled oats
Instant oatmeal packets
Oven chips
Potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes
Sauce mix packets - cheese sauce, pepper sauce, lemon butter sauce, stir fry sauce, etc
Garlic & Herb seasoning
Garlic Salt
Italian Herb mix
Salmon fillets - fresh and frozen
Cod fillets - fresh
fish in sauce - frozen packets
Mackerel fillets - smoked
Prawns - small & King, cooked
Chicken, whole, frozen, raw
Lamb, cubes, frozen or mince
Coriander & Mint
Chillies, red and green
Light Mayo
Wholemeal Burger buns
Fat Free cream cheese
light philladelphia
Butter
Cadbury chocolate thins
Granulated sugar
Bananas
Apples
Cherries & Blueberries

Pomegranates

assorted tinned soups - 100kcal to 200kcal per tin
Basmati Rice


That's pretty much all I need to make lots of different, varied low cal meals. My biggest favourites are mushrooms and fish (although not together).
