Bad Habits All Around

Naps as soon as I get off work
5 ice cream cones in one day
3 hour naps on weekend days
taking medications for aniety and depression......that are'nt working very well
Crying spells





Doing my best to pick myself up because my family needs me...thinking of asking my Dr. about adding Abilify to my meds,but I dont want to overmedicate myself. Guess we will see

  You are a creation of love. Love yourself and respect who you are because there really is not another person on this earth who is exactly like you.

We are all so different but yet all human.

You have to get to know exactly who you are and learn to accept and love and respect who you are.

It took me years to do that and there was only one way that I was able to do that. emoticon

    Slow and easy is the way to go . Taking naps are good for you ! Getting that depression under control will help - being over medicated can hurt but , once you get going on in the right direction things will pick up - Keep your chin up :) emoticon Karen
