I have been doing well sticking to my exercise plan. I am supposed to do my Wii Zumba 2 times a week, and I like doing the Zumba, but I find it hard to actually get it going. Once I start it I finish it and enjoy doing it. Does anyone know why this is? I've heard people say this about themselves too, once they start exercising they love it but they find it hard to start.
