So, I've started carrying around this notebook where I can record when and why and how I get angry. Yesterday I got pissed off twice before 5am. I wrote in my journal every time I got angry throughout the day. Yesterday it was more often that it is today. It seems I get angry while I am working quite a bit. I also get angry for the reason that my therapist mentioned; I am expecting people to behave a certain way.
It is helping. I am learning some stuff and I am less angry today.
I have gotten back on track as far as exercise and eating. I am feeling good about that.
I have been doing a lot of reading and website design although the results of the website design can't really be seen yet.
