Complete 500 minutes of exercise - less than an hour to go !!
Get the next spark trophy (currently 570 points away)
Try to cook 4 new receipes with under 500 calories Red thai curry with a bit a rice, pad thai yummy, and spicy cod on a bed of spinach - one recipe left to try
Take 3 mins of my 5k run time (currently 46 minutes) 35 seconds down this one is going to be challenging with only one week left
Loose an inch of belly fat - I wont measure until next weekend, but my clothes feel much looser already
All in all a very good month so far ! and If i don't make the 5k time this month I will carry that goal forwards to next month. I'm sure I have it in me somewhere to run a little bit faster and a little bit further
