Day 82 - Curves and Walking

Friday, June 21, 2013

This morning, I went with my neighbor to Curves. I was introduced to the machines and how they worked. The woman attendant was very nice and even offered me to come for the entire week for free next week. My neighbor is thrilled!

However, it is costly. It is $30 to sign up and another $40 for the monthly fee. It is too steep for me. But I will use the week membership for free.

My kids have a year membership at a huge gym facility and I can be put on as an additional family member for only $13 per month. I think I will do this route once it gets too cold to walk outside.

I walked 5 miles this morning after Curves and a huge storm is coming in now. It is very dark outside, like nighttime when it is noon. I love storms!!!

I do hope that it clears up by 4 pm when my son has a baseball game. I got approval from my work to take the clients to see him play! I love taking them and they seem to really enjoy watching and cheering on the team! And I get paid too! LOL

Happy Friday everyone!

Wow! Curves is much more expensive than I ever though! It's no wonder they're always giving away free weeks! Hopefully the weather is clear by this afternoon. Hooray for getting paid!!!!

Enjoy the game this afternoon....sounds like as you said you get paid...can't beat that....

I also think the $13 is much more reasonable.....I myself stopped WW online due to the $18.95/mo retrospect I am so glad I did.....Spark People is much more robust and it has a way better support system...All of you' spark buddies....
