walked Buddy, twice around the lake and once around the oval
unexpected walk on the beach with my niece
We were ready to go today, outfitted for success. I have a bottle carrier like a fanny pack and it also holds doggie bags and I was able to put a small plastic dish in it for Buddy to drink too. Then I hooked his leash onto the waistband so I had free moving arms too, that was nice. The wind was very nice and we didn't even notice the 21 C on the 21st - 1st day of summer... Tomorrow, I think I will take 2 water bottles as 1 lb. weights to help with my arm muscles too. We ran out today.
Gotta work on Buddy's training though after his escape yesterday and almost accident in traffic cuz he wouldn't listen and come back, I have to teach him that.
Gotta remind myself that I am doing this exercise and I need to help myself by not eating stupid an sabotaging my efforts.
Breakfast - ww bread, 1 egg + 1 yokeless egg into egg salad, mayo & mustard, yogurt
Lunch - cauliflower tortillas, veggie bag, apple, peanut butter
Supper - turkey caesar salad with mushrooms
Planned snacks - diet hot chocolate with cinnamon, grapes, popcorn
