Nutrition = MUCH better. Started tracking again, fueling my body with good foods. Following Spark's calorie range and so far, I'm feeling really good with it. I don't feel deprived, which keeps me from binging.
Water Intake = Excellent. Instead of drowning myself in coffee, I've taken up teas again. Raspberry tea is currently my favorite.
Exercise = Goal is 600, at 589 so far. Tried cycling class for the first time and enjoyed it. Definitely need to invest in a seat cushion.
Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = Clothing fit is much better and a lot more comfortable now that I've cut out a lot of processed foods.
Stress Level/Exhaustion = Getting better, but still a lot of stress.
1). Every month I have to order a birthday cake for whoever is getting a year older in our office. I chose an extremely delicious cake (I did not partake) that had the wonderful combination of cream cheese icing and chocolate cake. One of my co-workers said to me today, "We get the fattiest cakes while you get skinny!" I laughed. She hasn't called me "Miss Skinny" in a long time, so it meant a lot fo hear it again.
2). I survived a 2 hour workout and didn't feel too exhausted after. I was beyond proud of myself and was surprised that my body was able to withstand 1 hour of Zumba AND 1 hour of a heavy strength training class. I'm seriously so proud of myself. My body is able to do amazing things when my mind doesn't get in the way. The pride I feel is immeasurable. I know this might not be a big deal to you gym rats out there, but for me, this is huge. I'm a gym rat in training! HA!
3).I'm learning to say no and I'm proud of that. I've been offered several parts in shows but have told them no because I need to focus on getting myself back to normal. I've done well.
